Lola vs. The Sofa

As you know, we left all of our furniture in storage and headed to the big city with just 4 suitcases. So, I left this pretty little number back in Bham. This is the Taylor Sofa from Bernhardt (mine is in another fabric)


Ikea again to the rescue. Until we can get back to retrieve all of our belongings, the Karlstad Sofa, with a washable slipcover I might add, is doing the job just fine.

Enter Lola. My sweet and precious little Brussels Griffon mix. Think: Class Clown. She is too smart for her own good. She got a pen and literally starting drawing on the sofa like a toddler.

Busted! She then proceeded to lay over her art like it never even happened.

So, all of this to say, Ikea washable slipcover saved the day (along with The Laundress stain bar). This is one time that I am glad that I don't have the first sofa....just preparing me for kids I guess.

Bless her heart. She is very entertaining despite all of her mischievous ways!!
