I was so sad to hear that Southern Accents is no longer. The last issue will be their Sep/Oct. Following the loss of their sister magazine, Cottage Living, I was afraid this might happen.
It is awful to see such great publications fall away like this. After living in Birmingham for four years (Southern Progress HQ) I had the privilege of meeting with members of their talented staff.
So, it is only fitting I showcase some of my favorite images from over the years.

See the little green guys on the table. I was walking through the Union Square Farmer's Market the other day and had to pick some up. I love how clean this room looks. I have this photo in my inspiration book and took their cue and added some green to my living room.

Remember my interview with My Home Ideas? This site features all of the images, articles, etc..that under the Southern Progress umbrella. Continue to check out their site for archives and as a source for design inspiration.

We will miss you Southern Accents!
