I don't know where the last 2-3 weeks have gone, but my life has been moving at warp speed. Loving every minute, but drinking coffee in excessive amounts.
First things first. Yesterday I found out that I will be helping a local designer with the 2010 Traditional Home Show House in The Hamptons! Awesome. Arden was assigned one of the bedrooms and will be using our linens, pillows, throws, etc. I am pumped that we get to help out. The show runs from late July until Labor Day. Hello Hamptons!
The following pics are from the 2009 show house.

2 weekends ago our dear friends Chelsea and Trae invited us to join them for a day trip "off the island." Growing up in Texas, I am enamored by the fact that we can be in practically 5 states in a matter of hours. My fellow Texans know that it takes an entire day to just drive across the state from Beaumont to El Paso. Blah.
So, we hit the road making our first stop at Sonic (hello, fountain drinks!) and then to visit Princeton.

The campus is breathtaking. This is picture is of the dorms. They don't make buildings like this anymore.
Then, a week later...off to Birmingham for a visit with friends!
My dear friend Haley had her second baby and I couldn't get there fast enough to meet him.
Here is big sister Mary Ella and sweet baby Sam! Love these kids!

The weekend was filled with catching up with friends. I leave for a year and turn around and bam...babies, babies, babies.
Sweet Ridge, my friend Sandahlyn's little boy.
And Asher! Katie's little guy!
Another shot of sweet Sam Sam!
Everyone I know is having boys!
No baby for us just yet. I mean.....this little Ewok is keeping me on my toes!
Looks like she just went through a tornado.
Bless her.
Well, back to it. My coffee is getting cold and there are emails galore.
Until next time...
